AMSTUS is a family-owned business with a 642 Acres freehold ownership farm, having 300+ Local Human resource and a Strategic Location which is just 80 km from the Capital city Kampala and 120 km from the Entebbe International Airport.

Frozen Fresh Green Banana
Matooke is used mainly for cooking when they are green and unripe. The most common methods of cooking matoke are boiling, steaming, or roasting. Matooke is served with any type of food and is suitable for all meals. Raw bananas contain essential vitamins and minerals. Green bananas are known for their high fiber content. The consumption of bananas is a rich source of potassium.
